Our structure has several apartments type:
- monolocale (bed-sit with 1 room, bathroom, stove corner and balcony) with 2 or 3 beds;
- bilocale (room, apartment with 2 bathrooms and balconies) with 2 or 3 beds;
- trilocale (2-roomed apartment with 2 bathrooms and balconies) with 3, 4, or 5 beds.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge (with separated freeze van), 4 cooker stove and oven, and all that is requested for cooking (pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine…);Bathrooms are equipped with shower box and hair dryer; in the apartment you will find colour Tv, air conditioning, phone, sofa bed orthopaedic mattress matchable through hinges.

Services included in the Residence treatment:
Water, electrical storm, gas, elevator, taxes, cleaning of common areas, 1 laundry change (linen once a week and towel twice a week), final cleaning of the apartment.
Services not included in the Residence treatment:
Daily cleaning of the apartment (on request € 10,00 per hour); Garage (on request € 5,00 per day - € 25,00 per week each car);

In both accommodation (Residence or hotel)it is possible to request the beach service (1 sun umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deckchair per room) in of the bathing establishment in Vasto Marina which has agreement with us – price.
